Getting a strategy to a goal in a communicative way
Development of “Strategy 2025” for Raiffeisen Switzerland — brand development and visual implementation for a strong corporate vision.
Raiffeisen Switzerland is an association of all Swiss Raiffeisen banks and is the third-largest banking group (246 banks) in Switzerland and one of the country's leading retail banks. Raiffeisen has 3.8 million customers, 1.9 million of whom are cooperative members.
We have changed the way we communicate our corporate strategy to make it dynamic, tangible and credible. The challenge was to create a brand for Raiffeisen's “Strategy 2025” that reflected the company's vision while maintaining traditions.




We developed an exciting brand world with the number “1” as a central element and worked closely with the CEO office and the communication strategy team. Our task was to create a consistent visual language that supports the vision and leads to a strong brand identity.
Despite the COVID-19 restrictions, we conducted think tanks and workshops to develop an actionable strategy. The result was a new style guide for “Strategy 2025” and a dynamic corporate image.
Our campaign increased employee understanding by 40%, increased the pride of being part of Raiffeisen by 30% and ensured a high level of acceptance of the corporate strategy.
